Elena Cicoria
My name is Elena, and I’m from Perugia, in the heart of Italy. I studied at the University for Foreigners of Perugia and later at the University of Bologna, where I specialized in teaching Italian as a second language (L2). Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a wide variety of learning environments, teaching students from all over the world. Sharing my language has always been a true passion of mine, and guiding students as they discover the Italian language and culture is what I love most about my job. Today, I’m the Director of Studies at Italmente, where I oversee and develop our academic programs. Despite this new role, I’ll continue teaching! Helping students discover my language and explore the most fascinating aspects of Italian culture remains the most rewarding part of my work.
